From our US warehouse. Orders before 2pm ET go out the same business day; most addresses get it in 2–4 business days. Free over $35.
Where are these made?
The snacks are produced by established Asian food makers. We import and stock them in the US so you don't wait on ocean freight.
I'm nervous about spice. Where do I start?
The First-Timer Variety Pack spans Heat 1 to 5. Start low, work up. If hot Cheetos are your ceiling, begin with the mild end.
What about allergens?
Every product page lists ingredients and contains-statements (wheat, soy, milk, sesame, etc.). Read before you reorder.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (all major cards) and PayPal. Checkout is a secure Stripe-hosted page — your card is charged when the order is placed, and it ships from our US warehouse within 1 business day.
Can I return food?
Unopened within 30 days, yes. See the Shipping & Returns page.
Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
No — we ship within the US only, including Alaska and Hawaii (small AK/HI surcharge). We don't ship to US territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US.
Where can I buy your snacks in person?
We're an online shop only, with no retail store. Order at uslatiao.com and we ship from our US warehouse in 1 business day.
Is latiao gluten free?
No. Traditional latiao is wheat-based, so it contains gluten. Our spicy strips are wheat-based too. See the gluten guide and check each product page's allergen line.
Is latiao vegetarian or vegan?
Our mala strips are vegan — wheat gluten, oil, chili and spices, no meat or dairy. Check each product page's ingredients line to confirm.
What does "mala" mean?
Mala (麻辣) is the Sichuan pairing of ma (numbing, from Sichuan pepper) and la (spicy, from chili). The numbness is a tingle, not pain.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes. We run promo codes from time to time (for example LATIAO10). Check the homepage banner and your email; enter the code at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with the email you ordered with. You'll see shipping status after we hand it to the carrier.
Can I send snacks as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's US address at checkout and we'll ship it there. Most gifts arrive in 2–4 business days.
How long do the snacks stay fresh?
Most items are shelf-stable 6–9 months and need no refrigeration. Check the best-by date on the pack.
