Referral rules

Refer friends to HICHEN Asian Market and both of you get rewarded.

Who can join

  • The invited friend must be a new customer who has never created a HICHEN Asian Market account before.
  • The friend must sign up through your unique referral link (the link contains your ?ref= code).
  • No more than two invited accounts may share the same shipping address.
  • Each account may earn rewards on up to 100 successful referrals. Referrals beyond that limit will not be rewarded.

Friend's reward (new-customer coupons)

  • Your friend gets a total of $20 in new-customer coupons — $10 off their first order and $10 off their second order (minimum spend $19 each).

Your reward (advocate coupons)

  • When your friend's first paid order of $10 or more lands within 14 days of signing up, you get a $10 coupon (valid on orders over $49).
  • When their second paid order of $10 or more lands within 30 days of signing up, you get another $10 coupon (valid on orders over $49).
  • Rewards are issued as store coupons that apply directly at checkout.

Notes

  • Rewards are issued automatically once the conditions are met — no action needed on your part.

HICHEN Asian Market reserves the right to verify referrals and decline rewards that violate these rules (e.g. self-invites, duplicate addresses, or bulk/fraudulent sign-ups).
